something has me rattling the cages
acting out with self destructive behavior
luckily I'm getting better at recognizing my patterns
grabbing the reins on this downward spiral
brakes, breath, beats,
control, re-center,
it's a new day
find the forest
find the sea
hibernate
breathe
slow down
analyze
relax
walk
see
